I did manage to get everything installed in the end, so no major issues there. That said, the setup process took a bit longer than I expected, and the documentation wasn’t always super clear. It’s usable, but I definitely had a few “wait, what?” moments along the way.

It works well enough for the most part, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, for what you actually get, the price feels a little higher than it should be. It’s okay overall, but I’d be a lot happier with it if it were just a bit cheaper.

I tried using Joomunited to look up some info and compare a few things. Not super smooth. The layout feels cluttered. Menus were confusing. I kept clicking around and still wasn’t sure where to go. Some pages are just too packed, too much going on. The products might be good. I don’t know. But the site itself made it a bit annoying.

The license itself worked fine, and the renewal went through without any major problems. I just wish the subscription part had been explained more clearly upfront. I’m always a little wary of customer service with this kind of thing, so unclear renewal info doesn’t exactly make me feel more confident

I’ve been dealing with a bug in their plugin for weeks now, and support has basically been running me in circles like they have no clue what they’re doing. They kept asking the same questions over and over even after I sent screenshots, access, and everything else they asked for. After all that, the issue is still sitting there with no real fix, just vague little replies that don’t help. It feels like they close tickets to make themselves look busy instead of actually solving anything. Frustrating when your site depends on the plugin working properly
